Don’t trust them Made us wait 3 months for an apartment. Told us it would have a patio and as we move in the move us to a second story with a balcony. When we arrived to move in they refused to answer and made us wait 4 hours before they would talk to us. After we got someone to talk to they wouldn’t do anything to make a change or try to help us out. End up not taking the apartment very glad we didn’t.

Loved living here! Despite Covid-19, I rented from here over the summer May-August 2020 and absolutely loved it. Everyone was nice and rent was easy to pay from the app. The bill for trash and other amenities was lower than I thought it would be too. I'm am very happy this place offered 3 month rent becuase I only needed a place to live for the duration of my internship. Multiple problems This place is horrible. You can here the rats in the walls at night and I had a leak that ate through my drywall in the bathroom that was never taken care of. There was a "miscommunication" when I first signed my lease causing me to pay for days that I was not there and having to fork over another $300 outside my budget. Reading the move out requirements is also very scary as they will charge you 250 for each wall to paint so better make sure everything is perfect. THEY SUCK I have been renting since I was 21, I’ve never written a response negative about anywhere I’ve ever lived I have lived in large management companies, I have rented from large management companies several times in a row. I have a very solid rental history. I’m writing all this to say that this is the worst rental experience, they have poor maintenance, rude staff, horrible practices. Do not rent from these people. They will charge you way too much for subpar living maintenance and staff. Run.
Love this place..honest and affordable We had the BEST experience here with Saad. He was very kind, extremely honest and helpful. He knows his job very well and it shows! Great guy, great place to live. We are looking forward to moving in. Also, Saad was very honest when he explained pricing of each unit, what it all includes and amenities. This place is horrible Don’t do it.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are all about money they don’t care I have had several maintenance issues and they were fixed but blamed on me. This place is garbage.
Welcome home!! This place is amazing!! Everyone you come in contact with is wonderful from the office staff to the maintenance team. There is a pool which gorgeous, a fitness room that is available 24 hours a day and the new park looks like it will be awesome. I have lived here for almost four years and loved every minute of it. Poor customer service I expressed interest in seeing an apartment this May. When I tried calling in for an appointment, the employee (Ray) mandated that I complete an online application first. Along with this application came a $200 deposit that he explained to me was refundable. After some deliberation, I decided to pass on Canterbury Park but now Ray explains that the deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours.
