Avoid If you want to always be messing with your pilot light on your water heater then this is the place for you. Anytime the wind blows a certain way it comes down and blows the pilot light out. I've woken up many times and have either had to take a cold shower or skip it before going to work. I've never had so many maintenance issues for one apartment. Decent location and neighborhood but at this rate it is absolutely overpriced for what they charge.

good location! The leasing agents, management, and maintenance are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is A very quiet apartment complex and a peaceful location. About a quarter mile away from the busy street, 7 mile, so you don’t have traffic disturbance. Every apartment complex will have issues, but I believe that the respectful and quick service at Canterbury makes all the difference with our living experience! All is good We just moved in 3 weeks ago but we love it. The staff is great plus we got new windows and doorwall. Love the washer/dryer in the apartment.

Quiet place for me Though the grounds have changed since I moved in and I know it's for the best, that was the only complaint I have. I enjoy the staff that works here all the way from maintenance to the leasing department to the other fellow tenants that I encounter.

I moved in with my roommate ******* of 2021 and have had nothing but issues since day one. Mainly with their inconsistent billing for water/trash. Some months I would get an email with the statement, others I would get one by paper or in the mail and sometimes I wouldn't get one at all. Today was the breaking point ; October 22, 2021. Great community! This place has been lovely so far! I’ve been here 8 months and have no complaints. The office staff was very friendly and helpful during moving in(especially it being mid pandemic). Maintenance has been out shoveling/ plowing/ salting consistently during these winter months. The fitness center is nicely equipped! And I look forward to using the pool this summer as they just retiled it when I moved in!

THEY SUCK I have been renting since I was 21, I’ve never written a response negative about anywhere I’ve ever lived I have lived in large management companies, I have rented from large management companies several times in a row. I have a very solid rental history. I’m writing all this to say that this is the worst rental experience, they have poor maintenance, rude staff, horrible practices. Do not rent from these people. They will charge you way too much for subpar living maintenance and staff. Run.
