Office staff has been rude to me both times I brought my daughters for their procedures. The first time, they even questioned me if I even knew my mailing address because the address I gave them could not be correct. This time, I was told if I didn't get the paperwork done today, they would cancel my appointment - which is 2 weeks out. Very disappointed.
RecommendedDr Martin and his wife Paula and staff were very professional, and very thorough with explanation of my procedure before and after the fact. Had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out and he was very quick and efficient. My sutures look great and I am having very minimal pain two days post-op. The pre-op procedure of my information being faxed to me and sent back to them before hand made my time there very short and efficient. Had a wisdom tooth removed last week and they were wonderful! The staff was exceptional! Highly recommend.
We are very fortunate to have COMS here in Hays, Ks. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and refer patients to them on a regular basis. Dr. Martin removed the third molars on all 3 of my kids. All 3 Doctors are very skilled and their staff is wonderful to work with from the front office staff, to the financial coordinator, to his assistants. I have trusted their care fully with the care of my kids and patients!!
Dr. Roholt is the best. He has fixed my broken jaw and done 3 dental implants.
