From the moment I arrived by ambulance yesterday my treatment was exceptional. I was told it was a very busy day for them. The nursing staff the porter who took me to radiology twice the amazing doctor and let’s not forget the two paramedics who got me to hospital. I was in the extreme pain and they couldn’t not have done any more to help me. I can’t thank them enough for making my terrible day a little easier.
Exceptional service, from the staff at reception, to triage, to being seen by a doctor, to X-ray and discharge. Everyone was so helpful and professional, they're a credit to the hospital and the NSW health system.
