Came to the emergency with my wife after our GP suggested it. We arrived at 8:30 pm, completed blood tests and other checks by 11 pm, but the doctor only came at 4:30 am. This waiting time is insane, especially since the hospital wasn’t busy at that time. Very poor and pathetic service.
Not good and definitely won’t be returning. The Dr that saw my son couldn’t find the vein to take his blood and when she did it was an absolute blood bath!!! She had to call a nurse to assist her!! Never seen anything like it !!!! I should have said something at the time but I was in shock at the sight of the blood and trying to keep my son calm ! How can you be a Dr and not be confident to take bloods ?!!! Not good !! Terrible !!!
If it's emergency don't come to this hospital . There service is more worst than u can imagine . They took 7+ hours to treat a displaced knee . Receptionists are weird they act as if patient r extra headache for them .
