We stayed in Canterbury Court Apartments for exactly one year as a part of our visit to the US. Little did we know that owner was going to rip us off taking advantage of the fact that we would be returning to our home country after a year. Without a mention, discussion, or explanation to us, he just took our $1500 deposit in the name of a carpet stain which the managers were not even able to show us upon enquiry. We stayed at Canterbury Court Apartment for a year and had the most unpleasant experience, from its owner, Mr. Charles Brissac Cosse. Beware, your stay can turn into a nightmare. Cosse and his team ripped us off, by taking the entire rental deposit of about $1500 blaming that the carpet was stained after our use. We visited the apartment again but the managers were not able to show us the stains.
