Kenny the maintenance man is exceptional! Our hot water heater broke and flooded the carpet outside the bathroom. Kenny was here immediately. He replaced the tank, shop vac’ed the carpet, and called in professional carpet cleaners. We had a new tank and clean carpet in under 4 hours. Not only is he professional and fast, he’s kind to boot. Y’all picked well when you hired him!
Garbage community. Office management is two faced. See that post.... That's when they liked me. You'll be next...
There is one maintenance man here that is exceptional and that is Kenny. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He will go out of his to accommodate you. Kudos to you Kenny.
Wanted to take a moment to highlight the maintenance crew. Kenny has helped me multiple times during my residence at Canterbury, fixing some serious issues for me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Daisy and Jack at Canterbury Appts in Washington have been great! Always very helpful and kind, I would recommend dealing with them to anybody.
