Cozy Cottages they are cute .I call these places treehouses because you are up off the ground. I say 4 star only because of the Need to be updated as well as all the fences need to be done and updated there is rotton wood that was only painted over but you can clearly see and tell when a wood fence needs new wooden panel updates and the Trash tends to get overly full and that is not a pleasant sight maybe creating a fence around the Dumpsters and doing recycling would help visually but over all great areah safe and perfect l... read more
I just moved in to Canterbury Crossings a week ago and am so happy I did! From the start Casey in the office was so friendly and helpful and showed me the available units that would work for me. As soon as I saw the second unit we both knew it was a perfect fit! Casey walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I have. On move in day, she quickly got maintenance down to check a minor problem and Emmanuel was so nice and explained what needed to be done. Living place in Lake Mary a good area!
I was apparently billed for something after I had moved and had even even been checking the billing app they gave us for any updates just in case (rent payment dot com) and nothing ever changed. Until a mysterious bill was sent to collections with no explanation and was never mailed a bill nor was the bill on our website/billing app. My credit was fantastic but has now dropped significantly due to this and now I cannot get a house. RENTERS PLEASE BEWARE.
