A positive experience at the clinic tonight and while there was a little wait the professional and thorough patient care by the Dr was worth waiting for. Friendly and courteous reception. Bulk billing too.

Arrogant. I called on Monday, July 21st at 7:45 and the person on duty spoke to me with ignorance, no respect, and without even listening to me. Please fire them immediately. How is it possible that they didn’t even listen and spoke to me in that tone?
I recently attended this clinic for the first time and was very happy. The doctor was very thorough and even called to follow up a week later. My regular GP doesn't even do this, so I was very impressed. The receptionist was also lovely. The wait time was a bit long despite it being quiet, however, that was a small price to pay given the doctor took his time to be thorough (versus being treated like a number in a revolving door). I would definitely come back here again.
