Called them twice and after a long period on hold I could hear the reception staff answer and hang up the phone without saying anything (since it’s a landline I can hear them place the phone back). Felt so dehumanizing.
No problem here Went there after I was turned away from Marrickville Medicare urgent care In and out in 45 with 4 patients in front of me at Canterbury clinic Marrickville had 5 patients apparently it was going to take them 2.5hrs to see 5 patients before No issues with the treatment here Dr Malik was spot on Thank you
