Drinks are never rotated, sometimes they are 4 or 5 months out of date, terrible service

Poor customer service. Machines never work right and you can never get a refund. People at my job have been robbed for over a year. They finally put new machines in and refund slips after I contacted Compass Group (who now owns Canteen). Sadly they still never fill them. Maybe once a month. I'll give them 1 star for finally refunding people, but they really don't even deserve it. What they deserve is better management.

The machines never work people have to file a complaint every day at my job and nothing is done about it. And now instead of fixing the problem they just shut the machines off so they can’t be used…iv never seen such a horrible vending machine company. I wouldn’t recommend any company have a canteen machine on their property.

Machines are CONSTANTLY broken down. We waited over a year for a new machine and finally get one. Instead of taking money and not vending it's just sits there and is always put of order. Always drops the product instead of vending or doesn't release at all. Only machine with Gatorade too. Working in a hot factory the last thing you want on break is a sugary soda pop. The guys stops by almost every day but just sits in his truck on his phone then pulls away after 20 mins.
