I ordered the eport engage and it was defective. The return process requires a specific code that I had to get from customer service, I tried for months sending emails to customer service and my rep, I got absolutely nowhere. Cantaloupe Incorporated. I tried the seed programs that they have and was told that MBD would work on their systems so I bought a bunch of products 30 grand to be exact. Now all the equipment that I bought does not work because you have to have DEX. So don't believe what the sales people tell you they will lie to you. I signed a two-year contract and good faith and now I have several thousand dollars worth of equipment that I can't use because my machines are too old for DEX. SO PLEASE ASK THE QUESTIONS.
