Cantabria Coffee has quickly become my wife and my favorite place in Bemidji. The coffee is outstanding, but what really sets Cantabria apart is the atmosphere. The space is much larger than it appears from the outside, with a spectacular ambiance that makes you want to slow down, relax, and stay awhile. Love the atmosphere. So maybe choices with such different vibes. The coffee and tea was excellent.
I ordered a coffee with almond milk and when I got it, it came with just milk. They remade it while I waited. I left and started driving and when I grabbed my coffee from the cup holder the cap wasn't on good and the cup spilled all over my stick shift and center console and made a huge sticky mess. It also spilled on my favorite jeans burning my leg. Hopefully the stain comes out. The moral of the story is please barista make sure you put the lid on the cups well!
