Hello, I've been living here for a little over 2 years! Cantabria is a great place to live! The office staff is extremely courteous and professional. I have and would continue to recommend this community to family and friends!!!!

Glad to be leaving! We were only here for six months. The management is terrible, they'll say one thing and do another (we have proof of this.) They flat out refused to come look at my patio to see how clean it was after my downstairs neighbor complained that the PineSol I was using was urine. How do you mix up PineSol with urine?? And they believed her without even bothering to check my patio! They've refused rent twice now and are now sueing/evicting us because they won't take it. Probably in retaliation for the bad review... read more
