Should be 0/5 stars. Not sure how the Ownership and the Coquitlam management team can sleep at night, they did the bare minimum to get 49 units their homes back at Madison Place. Out of respect to one of their employees who worked a lot of weekends and helped out owners, I am not going to post pictures of their sub par work or mention detailed stories. My condo had a flood due to a small crack in the washing machine. Canstar was one of many companies to choose from with my insurance company. I chose them for the restoration and so glad I did. Very professional, kept me in the loop through the whole process. The contractors they used were of high calibre and the end result was fantastic. Thank you John Yu of making this stressful situation run smoothly. The end result was beautiful and am very happy with Canstar. I highly recommend them if you need any restoration done.
