We would like to thank Jessica, Rene and team for their efforts to bring our condo back to life after we had water come in from the strong rains in March. The rain was so heavy and so fast our drain couldn't keep up and the water came in through the patio. Jessica coordinated all the trades in a timely manner once the green light was given. She walked us through all our concerns and questions with care. Should be 0/5 stars. Not sure how the Ownership and the Coquitlam management team can sleep at night, they did the bare minimum to get 49 units their homes back at Madison Place. Out of respect to one of their employees who worked a lot of weekends and helped out owners, I am going to leave a lot of information off of this post. Site was all most always under staffed and some of the boys were really their just loitering around and not really doing much and collecting a pay cheque. We're truly grateful for the excellent work your team did on our unit. The restoration was handled with professionalism, care, and great attention to detail. Special thanks to Jae Chang and Eugene Kim for their prompt communication and consistent follow-through. We also appreciate how every issue we raised was addressed in a timely and thorough manner. They just finished a big job for me-soot damage from a malfunctioning fireplace. The process was very stressful for me-required moving out all my furniture and clutter (30 years in this condo). They cleaned and treated my walls and painted-and then brought everything back in. Wonderful job! Project Manager Jay, painter Tyler and contents and mover supervisor Carla and her crew-thank you!! Not only a professional job-they knew how to handle a very anxious senior.
