made an online order for valentine's day with the guaranteed delivery date on the 14th. they never received them due to this business having "technical" issues with online orders. ruined valentine's day.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not order from this flower company. My friend tried sending an arrangement, but the driver couldn’t find my address and the shop called me 10 minutes before closing to say they couldn’t deliver. I sent the owner my location pin so it could be delivered the next day, but nothing arrived. When I called, they told me the order had been canceled through the third-party service—with no notice to me or my friend. Very unprofessional.

They made an extra trip to get arrangements delivered before Easter when we missed them the first time. The arrangements were beautiful and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again

Beautiful flowers, wonderful quality and the best customer service. When my mom passed they made the most beautiful flower arrangement for her mass. Most of the flowers we received from our family and friends were from here.
