They made an extra trip to get arrangements delivered before Easter when we missed them the first time. The arrangements were beautiful and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again

Beautiful flowers, wonderful quality and the best customer service. When my mom passed they made the most beautiful flower arrangement for her mass. Most of the flowers we received from our family and friends were from here.

Horrible service, I ordered a bouquet for delivery roughly a week before I needed it, and it never arrived, nor had I received a call regarding its delay. Turns out they don't deliver to Laguna Vista but never mentioned anything or offered for me to pick it up. When I asked if I could come and pick up the bouquet, they just sounded frustrated and said no and that I would get my money back. I received a floral arrangement from this florist as was less than impressed. I took the following photos within 5 minutes of receiving the arrangement. To send out broken, wilted, brown flowers in an arrangement of this price range - or any price range for that matter - is 100% POOR customer service and a complete rip off of the buyer. If I had not been consumed with grief (reason the flowers were sent to me) I would have taken them directly back to the florist and ask that they be replaced.
