Process was okay, except you have to apparently explain to the office that you are leaving blocking out cause the driver will otherwise ignore the blocking you have set out on the paved drive for the bin to go on; tough luck to your driveway! Now to the bill, though I felt expected charges were clear, they obviously weren't as I was told a non-mixed load vs a mixed load at meant more than 10% recyclables and there was listed specific charges for extras. Got a garbage bin for some renovations a couple weeks ago. Price was good. Crew was awesome. Ladies the office were great at explaining all of the charges before the bin was dropped off. 10/10 would recommend
Rented a bin last month for some Renovations being done on my property. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. The driver even placed some boards I supplied under the bin at my request. Price was great considering most of the cost was what the city dump charged for drop off. Canor’s portion was minimal and all charges (including potential charges) were explained in detail before hand and again when I received the bill.

Inconsistent and only clears the parking spots the operators feel like clearing… even when all vehicles in the vicinity are moved. One operator even disobeys our community speed limit and has almost backed into us twice going MUCH faster than our posted 10km.
