Bought our canopy here about three years ago and the service was great at that time but since then I have had some issues with my canopy. I have no problem paying for the items that I need but they don’t seem to support there products. Was basically told yea sorry can’t get you parts. Went to Cap-it had OEM parts for my canopy in under a week. Very disappointed definitely not going there again, even if they are cheaper. Cheaper definitely doesn’t mean better especially in customer service.
DO NOT buy a canopy from this place, went in and ordered a new canopy in June and paid a $2000 deposit, was told be late summer, maybe Sept before it would be here due to covid slowdowns, that was fine. Sept came and went, they don’t answer there phone so after going into the business Mike told us the guy who was taking deposits and ordering was away in Hawaii and likely not coming back because he hadn’t been ordering anything or doing his job for the last 8 months, (that inventory was pilfered and I wouldn’t be surprised if... read more
