Update: My interaction has improved with them. The letter of authorization was updated. The rating should not negatively the therapist. They are really good. The clinical care may be fine, but the administrative experience has been deeply disappointing. For over a year, I was able to make appointments on behalf of a family member as their authorized caregiver. do not get your meds from sue! she never responds to refill requests, every single month I have to go without my medication for several days until she finally feels like responding to the pharmacy.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here as much as I was looking forward to seeing a therapist at canopy based on their values on the website. I felt the provider intake process was very impersonal and transactional, and prior to selecting a provider I was told at scheduling that play therapy isn't for kids over 6. I am not sure if that was a miscommunication or their personal office practice since many play therapists don't have the age restriction. I have worked with 2 different therapists at Canopy (one for couples therapy and one for individual therapy) and felt very respected and heard. I would recommend Canopy to anyone seeking therapy. Finding the right therapist might take a few tries but it's worth it!
