RecommendedCompletely professional solar company that exhibited good communication from start to finish and didn't guarantee any promises that couldn't be kept. The warranty given by the salesperson was honored inside the contract and everything else explained seemed to add up. Great experience with the installation and turnaround time of dealing with the contract and members of the company. Thank you for an honest experience.
Great experience with this company from start to finish! The whole Canopy Energy team fulfilled their roles dutifully, whether it was with communication, sorting out the financing and contract details, explaining how the project would go, or performing the installation itself. Everyone performed their role well and because of that teamwork, I felt like I had a complete experience. Thank you again.
They told I get a rebate back and use it towards the payments. Not true it tax credit. And I told the sale to put in battery system box never done and sales guy says ok we take care of it your family now! They don't return calls. Now I ask them to take back the system in exchange for the battery system they want $7k WTF no way! Go somewhere else people!
Do not use this company. My system is performing at less than 50% of what I paid for. Last year they told me they did not hook up half of the system correctly. This year the tech told me the system is underperforming 50% of what it should be. They asked me to send them my Electric Bill so they could "analyze it". The non-existent customer service would not even acknowledge my e-mail. Lafe the sales person said they were going to pay the difference of my bill....what about my very expensive system that is performing at 50%???... read more
No communication and shorty work. Cannot get anyone to call back. Over corrected cuts in stucco, horrible patch job in my garage, and it is almost 8pm and I am sitting in the dark BY MYSELF waiting for pge to turn the electricity back on!
