First of all, the location is terrible. I lived a half hour north of their main campus. It was in one of the most crummiest neighborhoods in the area. The employees I had dealt with were trained in the most unprofessional way. I do remember employees saying various obscenity for the time I was there. They acted very unprofessionally. The 'Assistant Principal' was some guy who looked like they picked up randomly off the street and the company said "Hey, ya wanna job?" This place was horrible they abuse and beat on you and feed you dog food.
I went there 2 years ago it was nice the employees were dope they truly help you there and they care about the patients feelings. The staff are so caring I never had one hardship there I got into a couple altercations but they were handled well they are genuinely caring people who work there.
