My granddaughter was running low on her medication and I tried desperately to get a refill several days before the holiday weekend. On the third day of trying, I was finally informed that her nurse practioner was off for New Years and wouldn't be back until Tuesday January 3rd and no one else could write the script. WOW. so now, she has to do without meds. They didn't even seem concerned about it at all. Angry is an understatement.
