The customer service is top notch, Bassem was very helpful during my stay at canopy hotel yorkville, he’s always making sure the guests are ok .
Stayed here for a weekend trip and had a wonderful visit. The hotel is beautiful and the service was great. Room was very clean with a comfortable king bed. We loved that the room had so many options for lighting. The linens including the robe were great quality. The room had a nespresso machine with pods to use. The bathroom was well stocked and the water pressure in the shower was adequate. The room itself was very quiet and we didn’t hear any neighbours. The hotel is located in a nice shopping area and there is a couple subway stations nearby. The check-in desk is located on the 2nd floor. Everything in the room is digitally controlled. The room is modern and clean. Robes are provided but no slippers. Overall, a good comfortable stay.

Nice room, nice looking hotel, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Bassem was great assistance with our luggage and a pleasure to share his company.
