Excellent hotel. Service it outstanding, every staff member truly ensuring a seamless and warm experience. Food at Dia was unreal. Pricing is very fair for quality and level of hotel. Decor was stunning! Rooms were a touch small but that was overcome by thoughtful design and elegance. Location was father from yorkville that I would have liked, but only a 5 minute drive. Terrible stay at Hilton Canopy last Monday. We couldn’t sleep due to a noisy fridge in the room, a cleaning lady working next door at 11 PM, and a guest blasting loud music during their 4:30 AM shower. Absolutely awful experience—sleeping in a car would have been better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very clean hotel, reasonably priced, and decent customer service. If we have to stay in Toronto again this will be our first choice.
