Good hotel nice staff
Terrible customer service. Experience started out positive with the room being decent and clean. Parking being extra is a bit odd for the location but the sky bridge from the garage to the hotel was nice. The issues started after the stay ended. I had to submit a manual request for the breakfast credit since it has a restaurant and no buffet. Mildly annoying but it seems others have had to do the same so it is a reoccurring issue. Beautiful hotel! Right by the river, nice and brand new.
You're telling me the cheap hotel down the road can give me a clean room, free parking with clear signage, and a full breakfast buffet all for half the price of this place... And y'all COULDN'T EVEN PUT A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM?!?! There isn't enough boho furniture and accent lighting to make up for a hotel doing LITERALLY only the barest of minimum.
