Front desk staff is top notch
Not very happy with the service. Twice had to call for maid service because they didn't clean the room. And when they did they didnt clean the bathroom just left towels. And that was after 5pm.Shower didn't work properly and leaked onto the floor. The second time it happened we had reservations and were again unable to freshen up. Both times the front desk was notified and nothing was done. For a 400 a night room we will never go back!! Thanks Hilton for ruining our anniversary.
This hotel is perfection. Wonderful customer service.
