I am so sad to write this review, but here we go. Canopy has so much going for it...a great location with beautiful views overlooking the falls. I've stayed here twice, both times in a suite, last time was a presidential suite. The rooms are new, and impressive with design. What's lacking and extremely disappointing to the Hilton brand is how incompetent the front desk and cleaning staff is. Great location with easy walkable access to restaurants. We stayed one night and was placed into a lovely king bedroom with a smart tv. Would definitely stay again, the pool wasn't done yet but the hotel would be even better with it!
I loved this place except the maid service. I was there for over a week and it took pulling teeth to get them to clean the rooms. Other than that, a fantastic place to stay.
Must be the nicest hotel in Sioux Falls now. Very modern with nice rooms, coffee shop in the lobby, great location with walking paths to the falls, park for the kids just 2 minutes away and restaurants around.
