Beautiful new hotel. Everything is fresh and clean. Plenty of elevators. Coffee shop in lobby. Great restaurant. Parking garage which has a walkway to the hotel. Rooms very nice and well planned. Beds very comfortable. Right along the river which has a walking path. Close to downtown and right in the Steel District which is a revitalized area and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Sioux Falls.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in downtown Sioux Falls. Easy to park with the garage and within walking distance to a number of top tier restaurants and shopping downtown. Room was extremely clean and love the sliding door that dampened the noise from the hallway to the bedroom since the hotel was basically sold out the weekend I was there. Would absolutely stay again and could not recommend more if you're looking for a great weekend in Sioux Falls!
