Always a wonderful stay. Travis is so amazing - outstanding manager and all staff so accommodating because of his leadership. We were on business but our vehicle broke down and we had to extend our business and they accommodated us through that ordeal. The hotel itself is beautiful as well with a lovely rooftop pool and a great bar/restaurant. Thank you so much, David and Susan

We LOVED our stay at the Canopy!! The rooftop pool had beautiful views with comfortable lounge chairs. We had great food and beverage service at the pool from our favourite server, Morgan. The location is easily walkable to many restaurants and bars while still being quiet enough at night.

After staying at the Canopy in Tempe, I held high expectations for the old town Scottsdale location, being that well, it was in Scottsdale. However, I was just a tad disappointed.. The room seemed a lot smaller with less modernized appliances than Tempe hotel, along with an almost catfished appearance of the outdoor pool, it was very small in size. The rooms were great, the rooftop pool was a nice amenity, and the hotel was well-staffed throughout. The pool staff, room service team, and restaurant staff were all excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not meet the same standard. During my stay, I approached the front desk and was greeted with "What's up?" by a staff member.
