I had a great experience at this hotel until the last night. I was relaxing in the lobby for a while until an employee sat down across from me and started watching tik toks on speaker. The entire lobby was empty yet he chose to sit across from me. I asked him to please use earbuds or turn it down, and he told me to go sit somewhere else?????? Lovely, unassuming property with friendly, helpful staff; spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms; a relaxing rooftop pool and hot tub complete with drinks service… I did not expect to have such an elevated experience but absolutely fell in love with this property! Hope to return in the future.
