Sean at this location is racist and rude! While I was arriving waiting for check in time. He came outside walked up to my car and stated why are you here. I informed him I was recording him and would report him he said greatly my name is Sean Coy I can’t wait! So I will be filing a civil lawsuit against him and this company for t... read more
Great hotel. Location was excellent and had lots to do within the area. Restaurants, zoo, botanical gardens and more. Sunset on the rooftop were stunning! Great views of camelback mountain!
Overall the best place I’ve stayed at. It was clean and had the most wonderful scent as you walked through the lobby and halls. The shower was huge and I fell in love with the barn style doors. The rooms were big and COVID sanitized. The 7th floor rooftop area was a beautiful place to hang out at night and see the city. They had a bar and fire pits that was so peaceful. Definitely recommend for all ages and for all families.
Amazing value with great amenities and service! Has several free destination chargers and is conveniently located. Great rooftop and outdoor pool! Will come back.
Good location but awful front desk service.
