We had a very negative experience in the beginning of our trip, but the hotel and staff made it right and overall I was satisfied with how I was treated and respected. I was especially happy with the service and quality of food at the restaurant. We will be coming back. It is so convenient to be next to the Path train to the city. Thank you again for making it right.
You're paying for location here, not experience. My check in process was a bit confusing as we had already checked in on the app, but still spent 20 min with someone at the desk who kept going back & forth to the back room with no eye contact or communication on what they needed from us. Also, we picked a room on the app at their suggestion and it wasn't ready at check in despite arriving close to 6PM.
