Beautiful hotel, very clean and great service. 10/10
This is one of the worst hotels I have dealt with. Was up for a wedding which I booked online. The hotel wanted us their before midnight or they would charge us a $50 late fee even though we already paid for the room (which they removed for the people they charged). We were only late cause we got to the hotel at 11:45 but the front desk lady thought it was a good idea to keep talking to the drunk people in front of us for over 10 min after they checked in causing us to check in at 12:10 with several people behind us.
