Horrible check in experience with thr rudest front desk person I've ever encountered, Egypt. I stay here every year and after this experience I will never stay here again. Never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully from a hotel employee.
excellent rooms with a lot to do in the area. They have a rooftop bar with great views of the downtown.
Very nice hotel. Secure floors. Beds are a little low to the ground and uncomfortable but overall a nice stay. I would definitely stay again.
Location is great for concerts and anything else happening downtown. Recommend going up to the roof top bar before starting your adventure.
Does not have microwaves or refrigerators in rooms. Comforter had a stain. The shower is awful!
