My daughter just moved there 2 weeks ago and we are still trying to get the WiFi working. Management is really unresponsive although we paid a special Telecom fee. They do not care and never answer emails or voicemails. My daughter and myself put a lot of work orders as advised by management and nothing is happening. We got the Delux upgraded unit which is supposed to come with new furniture but is a total scam, the furniture is old and dirty. Positive aspects: It comes furnished. Work orders are completed on time. It looks beautiful when the surroundings are cleaned. Negative aspects: This is not a place for graduate students, or any adult who wants some quiet. Those in the apartment above me stumped and partied till 2am. So many things wrong for a high price. Messed up my lease, place was dirty upon arrival, almost got ran over while moving in. Trash was piling up for over a week with bugs galore. Pool is still filthy despite office telling us otherwise. Many things wrong in apartment that maintenance isn't coming to fix: lights, shower rod, toilet handle, stains on carpets, etc. My lease still isn't fixed though it's been messed up for 2 months. Just moved my daughter in and already considering moving her out. Apartment was really dirty when we moved in and it’s very hard to get ahold of any to assist with getting answers or solving issues. As a parent I would recommend looking elsewhere. Too many issues not getting handled correctly from the start which concerns me about what the rest of the year is going to look like.

Dirty apartments, UNSAFE location, terribly managed. Your utilities are only "included" up to a certain amount, so you'll get you'll be billed extra each month. Cars are often broken into OR even stolen. The first apartment I moved into there was absolutely INFESTED with fleas. They told me to pay a relocation fee to switch units, which I was somehow able to get out of. You also must pay a deposit to move in, or you won't receive your keys - makes sense. I loved my apartments, the atmosphere is great, the staff is super nice and helpful, and maintenance is super quick on work orders. Couldn’t have asked for better apartments and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
We love living at canopy! This is our second year here and already signed our lease for next year. Management (Cassie and Malia) are transparent and responsive. We live in an upgraded unit and enjoy all of the extra amenities. Also our rent hasn’t gone up much throughout our time here thanks to some great renewal specials.
