My daughter just moved there 2 weeks ago and we are still trying to get the WiFi working. Management is really unresponsive although we paid a special Telecom fee. They do not care and never answer emails or voicemails. My daughter and myself put a lot of work orders as advised by management and nothing is happening. We got the Delux upgraded unit which is supposed to come with new furniture but is a total scam, the furniture is old and dirty. Positive aspects: It comes furnished. Work orders are completed on time. It looks beautiful when the surroundings are cleaned. Negative aspects: This is not a place for graduate students, or any adult who wants some quiet. Those in the apartment above me stumped and partied till 2am. When you call the front office, they give you a phone number to a security firm that never picks up. The noise issue happened over a dozen times in one semester. The internet is average at best. Ma agent and the staff is extremely unprofessional. They like to scam students by charging them with fees that are NOT in the lease. Everyone that moved out summer 2019 got charged with a 50$ cleaning fee that was not in the lease regardless if they left the apartment clean or not. They also painted my apartment 6 months late and left paint all over out stuff. The financial manager Cassie was not helpful at all and did not care about scamming the residents. ZERO STARS!
