Sadly this community reflects little of what Tallahassee is. It is developed on lands where once ancient trees stood adjacent to one of Tallahassee conservation parks. To view contrast between conservation and indiscriminate land razing this is the place to see. Otherwise avoid it and reward places that respect conservation and open public spaces. This is not a protected Canopy road at all, just pretense to make a buck.

Sorry. How is it even possible that there aren’t any one story homes for the disabled being built? I would say you have successfully built homes that exclude residents (and the neighborhood says inclusionary program!!) and how this works from a legal perspective, I have no idea. The city of Tallahassee is involved in this for affordable housing and yet somehow only two story homes are built here in the section where lower incomes can qualify.
