Not Worth It – Went to Canopy for lunch with a friend. The service was incredibly slow and the place was not busy at all. Our waiter would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. When we did finally get our food it was the wrong food! Not only did we have to wait another 20 minutes for the right food to come out, but he didn't offer to adjust our bill. The food was ok but not great, and overpriced. I would not recommend this place, it's not worth the wait or the price.

Some of the best food in Houston – I have now eaten here at leat hafl a dozen times. I have never had a bad meal. Not cheap but not so pricey as to ruin the experience - the food is better than some of the more "famous" name brand places in town. The decor is is sort of NY NY - or my impression of that anyway. I don't love it - but it is OK. One tip if noisy places get on your nerves - or your hearing is not what it once was - trying getting the table in the front window or the one just to right of the reception by the wall ... read more

Beautiful interior, Good Sunday brunch spot – Overall my Sunday brunch experience was very good. The food was pretty good and the service and decor were excellent. I would recommend this spot on a Sunday morning. We were there at 9am when it opened and the place was not even half full. The decor gives you the feeling of being outside with the walls of windows and green trees on the walls. Nice little place that reminds me of Shade in the Heights which I believe both restaurants have the same owner.

A+++ – Stopped in for brunch a few weeks ago. It was very good. Having been a patron of their sister restaurant, Shade, I wanted to check it out. Food is just as good and the atmosphere is nice. We'll be back for dinner too! Sarah is the best!

Needs a lot of work! – We had a reservation for 8:15pm last Saturday night and didn't get seated until 9:20pm - they gave us a free round of drinks at the bar to make up for this. The restaurant is cute, but extremely loud - super hard to have a conversation. The cheapest dish on the menu was $18... one of us ordered the Sautéed Gulf Shrimp and Linguine ($20) and this had literally 5 shrimps, and LITERALLY 10 or 15 noodles in a soup...
