I dropped CSA for service on my machine. That should tell you everything you need to know about what I think of CSA. However before you think it is the technicians fault, they have always been great. No it is the management that is the problem. They have no idea how a service organization should work. David Sell in particular, they could employee a trained monkey and it would be more useful. I would give them no stars if I could.
