After 3 months of downtime on a C8000 CSA refused to make an appropriate adjustment even though their equipment could not produce the amount of copies required under the contract. Stay away from Canon Solutions America. They are so cheap they do not replace the needed parts to keep their equipment producing. They even call a service call “complete” despite parts being required that have not been replaced just to make their numbers look good. in my humble opinion they are deceitful and unfair on a regular basis.
