I live in Tennessee now and when I got the phone call from my brother that everyone dreads, my daughter and I headed straight to the hospital. I knew that my Mom would not be with us much longer and did not want her to pass away in the ICU. Do no bring your relative here. There is never the same nurse, there is no communication between shifts, the nurses DO NOT follow doctors orders, the sales people do not tell you all that you need to know upfront. and then blame it on you because "you didn't ask". They are not keeping him comfortable , even allowing him to rip out a central line because they did not follow our wishes and requests for meds. They took care of my brother even though he was there for a short time he passed away peacefully.
They are the most loving caring group of people we have ever met. They took such wonderful care of my Dad Donald Jackson and even my mom who stayed with him Esther Jackson ! I just can't express enough how much we appreciate everything they did for us.
