Avoid this place by all means. Dishonest and Unprofessional Shop! Mechanic and used car dealer, that explains it all! I took my Porsche Panamera to Ingolstadt West expecting professional service. The owner Brad acts friendly and easygoing at first, but when he can’t overcharge you, his true personality comes out — rude, angry, and dishonest. Ingolstadt west was exemplary...Brad, the owner, was courteous, professional, and made the experience seamless...I highly recommend taking your vehicle/s here...
BE CAREFUL!! In my personal experience, I feel I was completely taken advantage of here. I came in for a very obvious coolant leak — you could literally see the fluid dripping from the reservoir, which is a relatively inexpensive fix. Instead of addressing that, they recommended a bunch of labor-intensive and costly repairs (like the water pump and radiator hoses etc), totaling nearly $2,000. Kevin was amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable about my car. They beat their own price quote, have integrity and want you as part of their family. they make sure you leave a happy customer. And as a woman was treated with respect and dignity, rare in this business.
