I have few words to describe this shop especially about Brad. In my retirement life , I have found the best medical doctor, the best veterinarian for my corgi dog name Crumbs and, after a long search , I finally found Ingolstadt West for my beloved aging 2019 Audi Q5. Brad, please accept my profound appreciation for treating me fairly during my visit to your shop.
Brad and Team are 5 start VIP service period end of story! I have had Porsche VW and Audi's my whole life and these guys go the extra mile every time! You will not be disappointed! The other thing I love is they know my 2001 VW Eurovan which so many do NOT.. and of course my new Audi Etron they just fixed the bumper after an accident. Great work!
My husband and I have been taking our 2008 Porsche Boxster and my BMW X3 to Ingolstadt West for at least two years. Brad and his team are always thorough, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. Most recently, Brad took the time to educate me about the insurance process after my BMW was in a fender bender, helping me connect the dots and understand the limitations he was working with. On a drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles we had trouble with our Audi. We were only going to be in Los Angeles for two days. I called Ingolstadt West on Wednesday morning and they told me they could look at the car that day. We got the car there by noon on Wednesday and by Thursday they had diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They kept the car Thursday and did a few more test drives, but found no other problems.
