I liked Dr. Avino very much but the Cano system and staff were just to hard to deal with. I gave up on trying to contact the local office and had to reach out to corporate for anything. To make an appointment I resorted to going to the office directly and waiting. I feel for Dr Avino and her assistant because they were very good and gave great care but I had to drop her because I could never get the office staff to handle the business. Dr Avino gets 5 stars.

Brought my mom here because of a commercial she saw that would help out low income. They do not, still have to pay a large amount. Not only that, she had made an appointment. Explained to someone what was going on. The info wasn't accurate. We filled out paperwork like new patients. Waited over 1.5 hours to only tell us to fill out other paperwork.
