El 31 de mayo , Las personas del front desk no fueron amables, solo miraban al computador . A la doctora se le olvidó poner la orden del lipid panel ; razón por la cual tuve que sacar sangre dos veces . A mi parecer como van a cerrar pronto el centro médico , NO les importa la salud del paciente . Obviamente voy a cambiar de doctor y de centro médico . Espero no tener este tipo de experiencias con las entidades prestadoras del servicio de salud.
El peor lugar que he estado, horas de espera y mala atención al paciente, siempre tienen a algún paciente dando complaining en el salón de espera,
Dr. Caballero is the worst Dr. in history. Refused to give me a medical necessity letter for my surgery and refused to send me the blood exams I needed for my medical clearance. Just because is too much paper work for her. Cano health should really change that Dr. from the office. And to get in contact with the office is a nightmare. I got to say that the personal is really friendly and nice.
