Initially called two months ago to make an appointment and got one for about a month out at 4pm. I got called a few days before to say the doctor doesn’t accept my insurance and I had to call again to make another appointment. I called again and asked for an appointment at 4pm to which the lady said “we don’t do 4pm appointments” and I asked “since when?” And she said “since ever”. She was very rude and impatient.
