Never can get in touch with my doctor’s office. Always speaking to someone in another state.
These offices are a scam! Saw a doctor ordered tests…. Not even a week later they were shut down! No report back on my irregular test results or what to do or any communication on the fact to find a new doctor!
Honestly it's sad because there's some really nice and caring doctors like Marilou Sorensen, but this facility in and of itself is a disaster. I tried having patience and dealing with the front office's lack of knowledge of basic things like how to schedule an appointment, if there's any cancellation fees, and other similar basic things. But honestly it's just such a waste of time and not worth all the hassle. Everyone is always lost. No one knows what they're doing and they ask each other what to do. But no one knows lol. Nurse Regina and all staff members are great at this location. The best clinic I have ever been too :)
Everyone and everything in this place deserves 5 stars: very little waiting (perhaps I was lucky that day, but still) in a clean and comfortable waiting room, friendly and professional staff, and an amazing nurse practitioner Regina. I am so happy and thankful for the services I received here and will definitely continue my primary care at this clinic.
