Willermise Arne Patient Enrollment Coordinator is an extraordinary employee. She is attentive, charismatic and empathic. She always gives you " the extra mile"! I have to say that my experience with Cano Health has always been excellent thanks to all of the personnel. I am very happy to be a part of the big family of Cano Health Deerfield Beach, FL 33442.
MY doctor is great, but as others have stated the office staff, I go to the Pompano office, is the worst I have encountered. Cano arbitrarily dropped my insurance plan, probably something to do with their bankruptcy, and the people in the office wouldn't even speak with me how to fix the issue. Rude and acting power hungry. Hope my doctor moves elsewhere.
I'm a new patient- front the very beginning with Willermise, who went above and beyond in helping me thru out the transition, and the entire staff was completely satisfied and no problems whatever. Each staff personal explained everything and was top noted and polite. Was amazing and impressed. Dennis.
Dr Bolt is the BEST Primary Dr. He listens to my concerns and advises me what to do. He and all of his staff are very caring and helpful.
