One star is one too many for four weeks. I’ve been trying to get a referral to an ENT doctor for my mom, even though she switched to a new insurance starting the first of the year I gave them all the information to the new insurance including the member ID number. Hoping that with this information that you would have the referral ready to go by 2 January so my mom could keep an appointment that they made called yesterday.
