Came in on a Wednesday tried to look up my info in the portal, however said it couldn’t find me then here it is Monday I’m calling them for my results still no answer it’s like pulling teeth to get your results!
Horrible the drs and staff are the rudest people, they pressure already low income patients into procedures that are not covered by Medicare/Medicaid. The one staff member I enjoyed meeting with I found out they let go. I won’t go back and would recommend others seek care elsewhere. One dr even refused to give a second opinion on an issue when I asked them they flat out acted like it was beneath them.
