Scheduled for them to come out last Thursday. Spoke with a scheduler and Ryan that both confirmed day and time. A few hours after they didn’t show I called to see what happened. The scheduler said I was on there and called to see when they’d be here. Then I get a call and text asking if they could come the next day. I wasn’t going to because it wasn’t a great start but eventually had him come anyways. He asked ME the best way to get on the roof.
