Amy, Kassidy, and Kristal are a top notch team. I highly recommend them for all property management needs. I have also seen them go above and beyond for their clients as buyer and listing agents. They protected their buyer one time from a seller refusing to make repairs that were agreed upon. They also know how to make their clients feel valued. Their team drove an hour out of the way to pick up their buyers favorite food to bring to a closing.
Cannon Property Management, I am floored. I put in a maintenance request for a broken garage door spring last night at 11pm and no joke, they had a tech at my door at 8:26am the next morning! It was the same a few months ago when I needed an AC repair. Insanely fast turn around. They are also using top tier companies to service the property.
