I had a warranty issue. Mike addressed it immediately. Chris came out and did a perfect service call. This pool company is the best. I've been a customer for many years and will be for years to come.
We were a young family excited to put a pool in for our kids to enjoy…we bought into the extras sold by Mike. We cleared trees as he said our pool would be okay in a certain area. We greatly anticipated our family time together. Another gentleman came to measure and told us it wasn’t an appropriate place to put the pool. Therefore, we had paid for a tree and stump removal (a cost not anticipated) and chose another spot which required re-doing our deck as well (a cost not anticipated). Mike and his team have been incredibly easy to work with and more than helpful during the whole process. My wife and I are first time pool owners and Mike and Chris have answered every question that we have thrown at them. Their prices were BY FAR the lowest out of the 4 quotes we got but their install and follow up support has been top tier. Recently my pool pump burned up in this heat wave. I am very happy to say this company went above and beyond to help in timely matter, everyone was helpful and kind. The owner provided chemicals free of cost to help reduce my stress level as I was in a panic of losing my nice clean pool water. This gesture of kindness is practically extinct like the dinosaurs. THANK YOU all of you are awesome.
As a first time pool owner Mike and staff are always there to answer all my questions! Very helpful and prices are reasonable. We looked all around and Cannon was the best and we have referred family and friends !
