We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike was our salesperson, and I truly can’t say enough good things about working with him. He was always kind, polite, patient, and incredibly responsive. Any time I had a question or an issue came up, he made sure it was addressed quickly. Even during the busiest part of pool season, I never felt like he was too busy to take the time to speak with me or help. Very disappointed after 30 years being a customer!! They really should provide service to their customers instead of contracting it out to people who really don't know what they're doing.
Well last year we put in our pool through cannon. Which left us with nothing but headaches. I could go on and on about the constant back and fourth with the company to try and make it right because at the end of the day it’s a big investment which they don’t seem to care about. This year I’m still having to deal with Mike and the rest of the staff. The bottom line is do not get a pool from them and if you do hopefully you have better luck then me.
I had a warranty issue. Mike addressed it immediately. Chris came out and did a perfect service call. This pool company is the best. I've been a customer for many years and will be for years to come.
We were a young family excited to put a pool in for our kids to enjoy…we bought into the extras sold by Mike. We cleared trees as he said our pool would be okay in a certain area. We greatly anticipated our family time together. Another gentleman came to measure and told us it wasn’t an appropriate place to put the pool. Therefore, we had paid for a tree and stump removal (a cost not anticipated) and chose another spot which required re-doing our deck as well (a cost not anticipated).
