Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Buyers beware! We bought our house from Cannon 2 years ago! They go major cheap on the development side. They do a terrible job with the design of drainage systems. And once you’re in a home, they do not care! I never once met anyone from Cannon! They have avoided me from day 1! I’ve been begging them to help me with my major drainage issues and just continue to get ignored! We were one of the early homes built here. Each new build created more rain runoff.
