Had a great experience at Cannon. Jessica was fantastic to work with: timely, articulate, patient, knowledgable, and not pushy! We worked 80% of the deal by email and phone, so once we got to the dealership the rest of the process was quick and painless. Will checked in on us several times, but we were in need of nothing as Bert walked us through every button on our new Subaru. Will definitely recommend Cannon to others!
The lady we dealt with was pleasant but the service was absolutely unprofessional. We have a Saturn vue which is on recall so we set an appt to bring it in. They failed to tell us it would take 3 hours, so when we got there we had to go back home and reschedule. Today we dropped the car off at 130pm and was told they would call when it was ready. They called at 430 to tell us they didn't have the parts for the recall to fix it and we'd have to reschedule again and redo this all over again. They wouldn't give us the recall no... read more

I recently purchased a 2005 Chevy Cavalier from Greg, Joe, and Nick and I just want to say these guys ROCK!
