a very pleasant surprise... – Cannella's has been around for the past 25 years of my life and yet this is the first time I have ever eaten there. Where have I been? I found the atmosphere cosy, the service was friendly and attentive, the food was delightful. Authentic Italain Food in Salt Lake – This was a great find while recently visiting Salt Lake. I would highly recommend their salmon with pasta special for dinner. It was excellent and it unbelievably inexpensive for the quality and large portions of food. I did manage to save room for dessert and coffee and it was well worth it. The tiramasu was excellent as was the espresso, very authentic. Big thing in a small package – This place has the best clam linguini I've ever tasted in the Salt Lake Valley. They wait staff is usually excellent and the rest of the menu is great. They offer "daily specials" which are my recommendation.
