It was my first time doing drug testing. Lots of rules to follow but simple enough. Forgot my reading glasses lol but the girl was patient with me filling out the forms!
Do not use their services.. Horrible policies... If you tell them you're not able to pee, they make you pee anyway, and after you need to wait in their office with half a cup of water every 20 minutes.. Bad wast of people's time!!!
If you're early enough you should be able to go and shave for the test. I think it's more of a money grab then anything else.
Friendly staff. Lots of rules and restrictions with the sample collection, but the lady who helped me put me at ease and explained everything.
