Used to be such a reliable company that made sure you had what you needed. Now, once they collect payment, you are dead to them. I've been trying to get my MMC card and this place has just ghosted me. I paid and was told my MMC was active but when I went to a dispensary, it was not. When I tried contacting CannaMD, I was ignored. Perhaps try another business if you really really need your MMC, this place, which used to be reliable is a gamble now.
Update 2026, still the same consistent level of support, they care and are very thorough. They truly listen to their patients and keep patients informed on the latest medical cannabis news. Typically, they offer appointment discounts throughout the year—-Been with CannaMD since the beginning of my medical cannabis journey. Felicia Provided excellent service she was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. I left feeling cared for. Doctor Umstead MD provided outstanding service. I highly recommend you choose him as your doctor.
Super nice, very knowledgeable, very helpful through the process and explaining things to you. I was nervous about the process and getting the medical records. They made me comfortable and even helped get my medical reports before my appointment.
