I’m not too sure if this is a true medical facility but most cannabis doctors are, and they don’t discriminate against patients. I have my MMPR card from a major cannabis clinic in Toronto and my husband is looking to get his as well for chronic pain and arthritis. But because he has a criminal record with charges within the past DECADE he won’t be seen by the doctor.
