The new owner was very accusatory towards me and when I stood up for myself she got very rude. After 8 years we will not go back there now that Leslie is gone.

The Canine Spa caters to all my dogs. From 17 and senile to my overactive Doberman; they accommodate them beautifully. The facility is absolutely spotless which keeps illness away, and the staff has true knowledge and compassion. The Canine Spa is the only place I trust with my crew.
Disgusted and downright disappointed. I just picked up my dog after boarding him here for 12 days. Before dropping him off, I went in for a tour of the place & everything appeared to be in order. I am absolutely disgusted and outraged. It took them awhile to get my dog from the back for pick-up then I was told he “had a little accident.” After getting him in the car, it was obvious he had been sitting in his own feces FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. My buddy Bentley and I love this place. This has been our go to place since we moved here 3 years ago. Great friendly staff and I am very confident that Bentley is taken care of. �� I just hope they don’t write a review about Bentley. ���
We absolutely love the Canine Spa. We boarded our cat Bella and Golden Max for 20 days while we were in Europe and they took great care of our babies. Their facility is always clean and great grooming services.

Rude owner, abrasive customer service and my dogs came home starving. The day after picking them up they are sick (woke up covered in their own feces). I've been before and thought I found a good place to house our pups, but I will never go back. The owner was truly awful.
