Today's a sad day for a family, we have been taking our dogs there for 12+ years. Even referred other families there as well. Took our dog there today perfectly normal and picked her up with a mouth GUSHING blood. After an ER visit and 6 stitches... They found 3 slices UNDER her tongue that was deemed by the vet to have been caused under the care of the groomers at canine design. We are so sad about this and gave ample opportunity to explain but they still said it didn't happen there.....
One of the safest and most qualified places to get your dog groomed. The owner used to show dogs and she and the other groomers are constantly seeking to improve their methods. They know how to make your dog squeaky clean and beautiful without ever sacrificing the dog's safety in the process.
